Warranty / Returns

Home Controls hold the warranty for items purchased from us - we will honour the warranty locally with the following terms and conditions:

  • Home Controls will courier any faulty items to our workshop in KZN - please send an email with as much detail as possible to sales@homecontrols.co.za with the fault and please include your order number with the email
  • Should the fault be covered within the products warranty terms - a new device will be shipped to the client as soon as possible at Home Controls cost. If the product is discontinued and a newer version available - the new version less the cost of purchase- balance will be charged to the client
  • Should the fault be determined as misuse / surge / lightning or neglect, an option to repair the unit at the clients cost will be presented to the client - shipping back to the client will be for the clients expense
  • Incompatibility is not our responsibility, so please make sure the product you are using is right for the application - any correctly supplied items that are returned will carry a 10% restocking fee
  • Support for each product is available by email - please email as much information as possible to sales@homecontrols.co.za
